No doubt about it, he is hungry and ambitious. As somebody said on Twitter yesterday, getting out of Liverpool looks as traumatic as getting out of Scientology. Its tough. Brutal. But he wanted to play at a club that has a better squad, and can win things. That takes drive and desire, something which has been missing from City for at least a season. You can see it when he plays: he wants that ball, and hes unafraid of holding on to it as he runs at people.
