Floyd Mayweather Jr. is arguably one of the best professional boxers of this generation. Boasting an undefeated, 44-0 record with 26 knockouts, his prowess is unmatched. A skilled fighter, many critics laud Mayweather for his ability to minimize damage while possessing an uncanny skill to control the ring. "Floyd is a great fighter," recent opponent, Robert Guerrero, said after their May 4th fight in an ESPN article; "He's got great defense, he's slick, he's quick. He came out and did his thing. He was a little better than I thought. I thought I was going to catch him, but he was on his game tonight." 6. All-out Brawl Erupts Mid-Fight (April 8, 2006)

On April 8, 2006, Mayweather made the jump from the Super Lightweight division to the Welterweight division to challenge Zab Judah for the International Boxing Federation Title. With Mayweather at a clear advantage late in the tenth round, a low-blow by Judah, followed up by a shot to the back of Mayweather's head prompted referee Richard Steele to pause the fight. During the pause, Mayweather's uncle and trainer, Roger Mayweather, stormed the ring and confronted Judah. Zeb's father, Yoel, jumped in, and both camps flooded the ring and fists began to fly. Police and event security rushed in to break up the fracas and after a few minutes, the melee came to and end. Mayweather would go on to win the fight by unanimous decision, but it would not be the last time Mayweather would be put in the line of fire because of family members...
