Manchester United unveiled their third signing of the summer transfer window last night after finalising a deal for Sporting Lisbon's versatile defender Marcos Rojo, who has arrived on a £16 million deal with winger Nani heading to his former club on loan as part of the arrangement. United were in the market for a new centre-back following the departures of Rio Ferdinand and captain Nemanja Vidic, with Rojo also able to fill in at left-back - another area of concern following the sales of Alexander Buttner and Patrice Evra, as well as the injury sustained by new signing Luke Shaw.
