The 2017 summer transfer window once again saw Premier League clubs splash the cash as all 20 clubs seek varying degrees of success during the 2017/18 campaign. Big money moves were once again the talk of the window in the upper echelons of the league, where the likes of Manchester City, Manchester United, and Liverpool, all forked out huge sums for players they hope will guide them to glory.
Each summer it's become the norm in England for fans to sit back and watch to see if their team is willing to part with the cash and attract top names to their football club. It's not just the big clubs either who are spending huge sums, with the likes of Burnley, Watford, and Swansea among the lower half of the league to make big investments.
While over the years we have seen plenty of big name signings fail to impress - Robinho to Man City and Fernando Torres's move to Chelsea spring to mind - there are always going to be those who succeed and go on to be big hits in the Premiership.
Plenty of players coming in this summer will be hoping to follow in the footsteps of the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Thierry Henry, and Sergio Aguero. Who of the new arrivals look like they can go on to force a career at the top in England?
