The third instalment of our mini series sees us cast our beady eye over the men trusted with stifling out the threats posed by some of the world's most potent strikers in this summer's World Cup. There are a number of hotly contested positions in the England squad but none more so than in Hodgson's back line. We've whittled the field down to eight defenders that will be named in the provisional squad on 13 May and one unlucky player set to miss out.
