Weight Class: Bantamweight Cat Zingano (80) has been tapped to open the PPV portion of UFC 178, and if she's up to the challenge and can get past Amanda Nunes (93), she's likely looking at a title shot against Ronda Rousey, something she had been promised after being Miesha Tate back at the TUF 17 finale in April 2013. Zingano got the nod to coach TUF 18 against Rousey, but had to pull out due to injury and was replaced by Tate. Tragedy struck later that year with the death of her husband, and Zingano is just now getting back to the octagon. If ring rust isn't a factor, Zingano should win this, but Nunes is a tough comeback fight. Nunes is on a two fight win streak in which she has finished both her opponents. Still, we'll take Zingano by decision.
