He looks almost certain to move on in the summer with the Hoops consigned to Championship football next season and the £6 million relegation clause inserted in his contract when he signed from Marseille in January is almost certain to be activated. He has scored 5 goals in 11 appearances for Harry Redknapp's beleagured basement side this season and is wanted by a string of Premier League clubs including Tottenham, Liverpool, Newcastle and Everton. Bony is also not short of admirers, and is wanted by several clubs including Chelsea and West Ham. That means Wenger's clash of opinion with the club board over who to sign could lead to him missing out on both as the two parties appear to have reached an impasse.
