Barcelona are set to make Atletico Madrid star Arda Turan their second signing of summer, according to Sport. The Spanish giants have reportedly agreed a fee of around about 40 million euros for the Turkish playmaker who announced his decision to leave Atletico this summer. Sport revealed that the agreement was made during a recent meeting in Ibiza where Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu met with Atletico's chief executive Gil Marin. The contract terms have not yet been revealed and the deal is somewhat complicated by Barcelona not being able to register transfers again until January 2016, meaning Turan would stay at Atletico until then. It is reported that the Turkish international who made 46 appearances for Diego Simeone's side last season has decided he would prefer to play at the Camp Nou next season rather than moving to Chelsea or Manchester United.
