The transfer fee has yet to be disclosed. The 21-year-old winger's final appearance for Wigan ironically came against Chelsea when the two sides squared off last Sunday at the DW Stadium. The Blues came out 2-0 victors, but Moses did catch the eye with his wide-play. Though in truth Chelsea's initial interest in Moses goes back months sooner with Latics chairman Dave Whelan confirming in June that his club had turned down a transfer bid from Chelsea. The Nigerian international becomes the second new signing to arrive at Stamford Bridge this week after Marseille defender Cesar Azipilcueta also finally completed his move to London. Neither player will line-up today against Newcastle United as the Blues look to make it three wins out of three in the Premier League, kick-off time at 5.30pm on ESPN. Moses played 74 times in the league for the Latics and made his debut for Nigeria in February in a match against Rwanda. He had appeared as an England U21 international but opted to represent his country of Birth at senior international level.
