With Gameweek 1 in the books, fans of Fantasy Premier League will be scrabbling to make emergency changes before the weekend. With several teams already in dire straights thanks to the injuries, suspensions, and miscellaneous mishaps of several key players (thanks Thibaut Courtois!), fantasy managers the world over are in need of one thing - guaranteed points. Of course there's no way to predict who will dominate any given Gameweek - did anybody really expect to see Yaya Toure emerging from his season-long hibernation in such destructive fashion? - but several smart decisions can maximise your team's chances of a stellar week. For any trigger-happy wildcard players out there, or those simply looking to improve one or two key positions, here's a list of the most likely players to score big this coming weekend.
11. Simon Mignolet - Liverpool
Mignolet has had a decidedly ropey time since transferring to Liverpool from Sunderland in 2013. He is now a far less consistent player since his time on Wearside, but still looks to be the safest bet for a clean sheet this weekend. The Belgian was part of a clean-sheet performance last week, one which saw the Reds defeat Stoke in a fairly lacklustre game (Coutinho's stunning strike aside). He lines up on Monday night against newly promoted Bournemouth, a team who failed to score at home against Aston Villa on opening day.
