Joe Hart may not be considered one of the absolute best goalkeepers in the world, but he's still a very good and experienced keeper who would be number 1 for most Premier League sides. That isn't likely to change when Guardiola takes charge, but he may want to provide some sterner competition for the gloves, as well as bringing in someone who can be part of the future as well. One player who fits the bill is Sergio Rico, Sevilla's 22-year-old stopper who has already managed to force his way into the Spain squad. He was in goal when Sevilla won the Europa League last year, and has seen a few of his teammates leave for bigger clubs, with Carlos Bacca moving to Milan and Aleix Vidal recently completing a switch to Barcelona. It seems like it's just a matter of time before he moves on himself, and Man City and Guardiola - who obviously has a good knowledge of Spain - seems like a good fit.
