NFL Fantasy Football: 5 Things You Need to Know Before Your Draft

2. Injuries and Your Bench

When one of your star players goes down it can absolutely cripple your fantasy team. You immediately become furious and begin to panic as you try and think rationally in figuring out what your next move is. Injuries can't be predicted but they'll ALWAYS play a factor in your teams success. A great example is Gronkowski this year. Now he's expected to come back midway through the season but is he worth the risk? Personally I think not but sometimes fantasy football involves making ballsy moves in an attempt to reign supreme. The key to getting ahead of injuries is to make sure you have a solid reliable bench. Of course these aren't guys that you're going to draft early on but make sure you do some research and know what you're getting. Although sometimes it's better to be luck than good.
