Three-times winner of the Golden Glove, Cech has been at Stamford Bridge since 2004 and amassed 485 appearances for Chelsea. As well as winning the Premier League on four occasions, Cech has also lifted four FA Cups, three League Cups, two FA Community Shields, the UEFA Europa League and the UEFA Champions League during his time in west London.
