10. Kevin Mirallas to Everton - £6 Million
Until the arrival of Nikica Jelavic, Everton had lusted for a goal scoring striker for a while, and like buses, after waiting so long for one, two come along at the same time. That is what has happened with Everton with the signing of Kevin Mirallas, he IS that second bus. The top scorer in the Greek league last season for Olympiakos with an impressive 20 goals, the Belgian will be looking to form a partnership up top with the now ever present Jelavic. Don't expect for him to find it long to settle in either with fellow Belgian Marouane Fellaini at the club and Vincent Kompany just down the road at Manchester City.
9. Jack Rodwell to Manchester City - £12 Million
Around later 2009 to early 2010, Jack Rodwell was being tipped as a future captain for England, however a couple of seasons hampered with injuries has set him back a touch. But signing for the champions of England; Manchester City could be the kick up the backside Rodwell needs. He was becoming stagnant at Everton and at times struggling to find his way back into the team, however playing with the world class talent at City, he will only improve from here on. Having made his debut at the first possible opportunity against Southampton he impressed slotting straight into midfield with Yaya Toure and never looked out of place once, his only mistake turned out to be a costly one, a wayward pass which resulted in conceding a goal, but other than that he had a solid performance. Time will only tell if he can fulfill his potenital and make the central midfield spot his own.
