Episode #007 Summary: On this show we cover breaking news in the MMA world, including a massive setback for Dominick Cruz with is ongoing injury woes, Twitter outrage at homeless Dana White, and potential UFC home for Strikeforce light heavyweight Gegard Mousasi. With the inevitable slew of injuries, the undercard has been reshuffled so that there is only one fight on the Facebook card: Scott Jorgensen (13-6) vs. John Albert (7-3). The FX card is now completely stacked with six fights: Dennis Siver (20-8) vs. Nam Phan (18-10); Tim Means (18-3) vs. Abel Trujillo (9-4); Daron Cruickshank (11-2) vs. Henry Martinez (9-2); Ramsey Nijem (6-2) vs. Joe Proctor (8-1); Raphael Assuncao (17-4) vs. Mike Easton (13-1); and Yves Edwards (41-18-1) vs. Jeremy Stephens (20-8). The main card is packed from top to bottom. The first fight features two of the most efficient finishers in the Welterweight division - Mike Swick (15-4) vs. Matt Brown (15-11). They are followed by the return of the Prodigy, BJ Penn (16-8) vs. Rory MacDonald (13-1). The last of the PRIDE legends faces off against an up and coming star - Mauricio Shogun Rua (21-6) vs. Alexander Gustafsson (14-1), followed by the Lightweight Championship match between Benson Henderson (17-2) vs. challenger Nate Diaz (16-7). We pick the winners and make our predictions for Fight of the Night, Knockout of the Night, and Submission of the Night.
