Date: Sunday 25 September 2011 Kick off: 16:00 Location: Loftus Road Competition: Barclays Premier League Referee: M Oliver Live on Sky Sports HD1 New-look Queens Park Rangers will lock horns with Alex McLeish's Aston Villa this Sunday afternoon in a Sky Sports Super Sunday live televised kick-off at 4pm. Neil Warnock's men have made a pleasing start to the season and currently sit comfortably in the top half of the league table. The Londoners lost their opening game of the season to Bolton 4-0 which wasn't the start Warnock was hoping for. But now the club have a new owner in Malaysian Tony Fernandes and they have signed some familar faces to add to the squad in Shaun Wright-Phillips, Joey Barton, Daniel Gabbidon, DJ Campbell, Jay Bothroyd, Luke Young, Armand Traore, Bruno Perone and Anton Ferdinand, the latter who was brought infrom Sunderland on deadline day for a club record transfer fee. Since the 4-0 defeat to Bolton they have improved and recently picked up a draw against high flying Newcastle and beat Wolves 3-0 last weekend thanks to goals from Joey Barton, Alejandro Faurlin and substitute DJ Campbell. It's fair to say they played Wolves off the park and deserved the three points. They have the funds, structure and players to go on and develop and progress as a well established Premier League side - whether they'll be able to walk the walk is remained to be seen but judging by the team's displays recently I think they'll be fine. They'll realistically be looking for another win against Villa tomorrow as they are at home, as well. Aston Villa haven't lost a Premier League game yet as they have picked up four draws and one win. They drew to Newcastle 1-1 last weekend, Bulgarian centre midfielder Stillian Petrov earning them a point. The club will be hoping they can keep up this solid form as last season they struggled and at one point were serious contenders to drop. But now the fans' have calmed down over Alex McLeish's constraversial appointment as new boss they can focus on more significant things such as staying in the league, which shouldn't be an issue, and maybe even pushing for a cheeky European spot. Both sides, QPR and Villa, have made promising starts to the campaign so Sunday's match should be a good, close encounter with both teams realistically being able to nick the win.
