Swansea City€™s decision to sack manager Michael Laudrup is certainly a shocking one, and it seems the Danish manager has paid the ultimate price for a poor run of recent form. However, it€™s often said that form is temporary, but class is permanent. Most of us involved in the football media would agree that Laudrup is a very classy man. The club€™s decision to get rid of their manager certainly seems harsh to me considering they currently sit 12th in the league. In fact, with the bottom half of the Premier League looking so tight, it€™s a decision that the Welsh may yet regret. It wasn€™t long ago that the Dane was considered one of the brightest young managers in the game, but it€™s clear that has been quickly forgotten at Swansea. By now, you probably have some idea on where I am going with this, but just to clarify, this slideshow is designed to look at the reasons why this sacking is wrong, despite the poor form, Swansea looked pretty stable €“ but this decision changes all that.
