Tottenham Hotspur face Fulham in the Premier League today knowing that a victory will mean at least a fourth spot finish and should Arsenal struggle to beat West Brom, they could finish as high as third, guaranteeing them Champions League football for next season. Here's the team news ahead of the game which has a 3pm Kick-off time and is not televised live anywhere in the UK. Spurs midfielder Scott Parker is doubtful with an Achilles injury. Fill-in left back Danny Rose is suspended for the red card he picked up against Aston Villa last Sunday. With regular left-back Benoit Assou-Ekotto out with a shoulder injury, it could mean William Gallas has to pull out to play there. Ledley King, as ever, is a doubt with his chronic knee problems. As they have done for recent games, Niko Kranjcar (knee), Michael Dawson (ankle) and Tom Huddlestone (ankle) are all missing for Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp. For Martin Jol and his first return to White Hart Lane, the big news is that they travel without Clint Dempsey. Fulham's star man this season has a groin injury and he will sit out of today's game. Also missing is Bryan Ruiz (foot), Dickson Etuhu (knee) and Steve Sidwell (hernia). Alex Kacaniklic is also a doubt after missing the last few games with a hamstring problem.
