11. Liverpool - Harvey Elliot

Liverpool have perhaps had one of the most disappointing transfer windows of any club. After coming within one point of the Premier League title last season, they seem to have made no significant moves throughout the window. Aside from signing free agent Adrian as a replacement for Mignolet, the only other transfer of note is starlet Harvey Elliot.

Elliot has impressed in his performances in pre-season, but his work on the pitch is not the thing that's putting him in the headlines. Footage surfaced of Elliot being very disrespectful to England captain Harry Kane and Elliot has since apologised but stayed in the spotlight through his online remarks such as calling the Community Shield a "McDonald's Trophy."

Many Liverpool fans are already a big fan of the youngster though it is clear that he may have to set some of his attitude aside on the pitch. There's no doubt about his potential, but it remains to be seen whether or not he'll be able to develop into the high-class player he's capable of becoming.
