18. Bournemouth - Phillip Billing

Bournemouth fans will likely be happier about who they've been able to keep this summer than who they've been able to sign. Star players Callum Wilson and Ryan Fraser were often linked away after sharing a wildly successful partnership last season, but both look set to stay with the club for another year.

This doesn't mean Bournemouth have been completely inactive in the transfer window. They've picked up Liverpool youngster Harry Wilson on loan, but their best signing is former Huddersfield midfielder, Phillip Billing. The Dane was a bright spark in a struggling Huddersfield side last season and showed clear Premier League quality, evident by Eddie Howe's decision to buy.

Bournemouth's transfer window has been a relatively quiet one, but that doesn't mean they aren't a better team than the one that started last season. With another strong presence in midfield, Bournemouth will be hoping to secure a place in the mid-table or above.
