John Dodson. That is all. Fine fine, I'm supposed to actually write why, aren't I? I covered this in my UFC Fight Night 42 article on who the winners of that event should face, and I called for Dodson-Johnson 2 then. I haven't changed my mind; it's the only fight that makes sense right now. Dodson has talent, knockout power, has rebounded nicely from losing to Johnson in their first meeting, and it's a thin division right now. There aren't many options til a fresh face comes in and starts up a win streak, so in the meantime, Dodson's the best option. Frankly, you can expect Dodson to hold a belt some day.
