The only way Arlovski's UFC debut would be left off the list would be if he had lost badly. Thankfully, he didn't. Meeting the then 8-3 Aaron Brink, a childhood friend of Tito Ortiz, the Pit Bull took the fight via submission within the first minute. Entering the fight with a 3-1 record compiled mostly in M-1, it would be Arlovski's first fight outside of Russia. It would also be his last win for a year and a half, as he faced a step up in competition after Brink (Brink has had an interesting career in his own way, including stops on A&E's Intervention and hardcore porn, but that's a story for another day).
