Newcastle United will hope to continue their quest for a Champions League finish when they travel to the DW Stadium this afternoon to face relegation battlers Wigan. Kick-off time is at 3pm and the match is not screened live anywhere in the UK. Wigan's Franco di Santo is a doubt with a calf injury. Fellow striker Hugo Rodallega (knee) is struggling to return to fitness after seven weeks on the sidelines but may return today. The game might come to early for midfielder Albert Crusat (calf) who is fighting to be back in contention. Defender Ronnie Stam (hamstring) is unlikely to play. Newcastle have no fresh injury concerns ahead of the match and are expected to start with the same line-up that defeated Stoke 3-0 last week. Gabriel Obertan (ankle) and Sylvain Marveaux (groin) are now back in training but neither will travel, manager Alan Pardew unlikely to play either again this season unless injuries are picked up. Steven Taylor (achilles), Peter Lovenkrands and Sammy Ameobi (knee) won't play again this season.
