Wolves vs Wigan - Match Preview

Halloween was a week ago but defeat for either Mick McCarthy or Roberto Martinez this afternoon would give the losing manager the heebie jeebies and a run of sleepless nights.

Steven Fletcher is a doubt for Wolves with a calf injury and despite returning to training last week, reports are he probably won't play. Big loss for the home side. McCarthy's pre-match press conference suggested Kevin Doyle as a lone front man, with the always dangerous Jamie O'Hara supporting. O'Hara had missed training this week with a knee injury but is expected to be back. Stephen Hunt also missed training with a hurt back but could play. For Wigan, captain Gary Caldwell is suspended for one-match after picking up five yellow cards. Midfielder Mohamed Diame could return after an ankle injury proved to be less serious than first thought.
