World Cup 2018: 7 Players Premier League Clubs Should Buy
7. Éver Banega (Argentina)
Éver Banega was one of the few bright notes in an otherwise feeble and forgettable World Cup campaign for Argentina. He played a peach of a pass in his nation's final group match against Nigeria to assist Lionel Messi for the game's opening goal and help Argentina qualify for the knockout round.
An intelligent playmaker with remarkable vision and dynamic passing range, Banega is 30 years old now but could still offer a lot to a top Premier League side, and has been linked to Arsenal, where he could reunite with his former boss Unai Emery.
He's spent much of his career in Spain, with spells at Valencia, Atlético Madird, and Sevilla, winning a couple of Europa Leagues over the years, and could be looking to make a big move and test himself in a new country before his playing career comes to an end. His versatility and work ethic would strengthen almost any Premier League midfield and his age means that he'd probably be available for a relatively low fee of around £20 million.
