Known primarily for his role as Mr. Krabs in SpongeBob Squarepants, and as Captain Byron Hadley in the film The Shawshank Redemption, Clancy Brown is a prolific voice actor with astounding success. Brown has performed in a handful of Marvel and DC Comics television series and a variety of Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, and Disney shows including Johnny Quest. One of Brown's most reoccurring roles is as the voice of Lex Luther in a variety of formats involving Superman including video games and television shows. Additionally, Clancy Brown has acted in live action TV shows including ER, Lost, and Star Trek: Enterprise. Throughout the Clone Wars' third, fourth, and fifth seasons he portrayed the character of Savage Opress a brawny, powerful, mindless younger brother of Darth Maul, who also returned in the fourth season voiced by Sam Witwer (of Force Unleashed and Being Human US fame). Savage Opress was crucial in the murder of several Jedi including Adi Gallia, and in the destruction of the Mandalorian government alongside his brother and Death Watch.
