10 Best Entourage Episodes
10. "The All Out Fall Out"
As a rule, any episode that lets Kevin Dillon flex his comedic chops is a good one, and he puts in some of his finest work here. Season five’s “The All Out Fall Out” deals with the ramifications of the gang’s decisions, both professional and personal.
Vince’s career is on the skids, and after his financial advisor lays out the depths of his money troubles, he agrees to appear at a sweet sixteen for a quick cash injection. It’s degrading, sure, but it’ll dig him out of a hole, and Vince is savvy enough to put his pride aside for one evening.
Johnny Drama, unfortunately, is not, and after spending the day wallowing in post-breakup grief and swigging pricey Scotch, he finds himself in quite a state at the bash. Swaying and belligerent, he joins his baby brother onstage to sing to the birthday girl.
It actually goes quite well, until the afternoon’s boozing gets the better of him and he pukes all over the cake. After four more or less carefree seasons, this is where things start to go wrong for Vince and the gang, and it all starts with Drama’s dodgy stomach.
