I have a theory about The Angry Beavers that has gone through rigorous testing and hasn't been proven wrong yet. If you're an older sibling, you think that Daggett is immature and annoying. If you're a younger sibling, you find Norbert overbearing and condescending. You might like both, but there's definitely one you sympathize with more (if you're an only child, you probably liked Stump. And if you're a middle child, your opinion didn't matter because no one listened to you anyway. Just so we're clear). As kids, we all loved the frenetic energy these two brothers brought to the table. The inventive insults they came up ("You spoot spooty spoothead!") and Lickety-Splits, the wooden snacks that weirdly sounded delicious, didn't hurt their case either.
