10. Peetie The Sexual Harassment Panda

This character - also known as Tom Morris - made his first (and only) appearance in the appropriately titled episode Sexual Harassment Panda. This character's job is to act as a safe guide to teaching children about the horrors of harassment, but things go awry after they question what a Panda has to do with that subject, and he inadvertently starts a trend of suing each other over petty issues, for which he loses his job.

The character is hilarious as he explores the strange idea of mascots who take their position too seriously. Although it's clear that there is a man underneath the suit, he remains in character throughout and even ends up getting shipped to the Island of Misfit Mascots, a place for costume characters to reinvent themselves.

The narrative concludes in a hilarious, yet satisfying way, with him finally finding a new direction as Peetie the Don't Sue People Panda. It's a hilarious episode, and Tom Morris acts as a memorable role despite only appearing once.
