10. Spider Wars Part 2: Farewell, Spider-Man (S5:13)

With 64 other episodes packed with action and compelling stories, one may scratch their head seeing the finale of Spider-Man: TAS make a top-ten list. While it may not be one of the most remembered, it is certainly one of the best.

In Spider Wars Part 1: I Really, Really Hate Clones, our Spider-Man is transported to another dimension with a group of other Spider-Men to stop Spider-Carnage from destroying the multiverse. This comes hot off the heals of Peter Parker losing Mary Jane (again) and participating in the Beyonder's Secret Wars.

It is pretty awesome to see all of these Spider-Men, giving us our first cartoon Spider-Verse, but the episode makes this list for one thing it delivers in spades: Hope.

When the Spider-Men follow Spider-Carnage to yet another dimension, our Peter Parker encounters a world in which that Peter Parker is rich, engaged to Gwen Stacy, and both Mary Jane and Uncle Ben are still alive.

We've watched Peter Parker struggle to do what was right for 64 episodes, losing friends and loved ones along the way. To see a world in which he receives the happiness he deserves gives us hope that our Peter Parker will find the same one day.
