Episode: What's My Line Part 2 (Buffy, Season 2) It's a little known fact that Sarah Michelle Gellar made a brief appearance in Chevy Chase's Funny Farm (hastily typing imdb into your browser doesn't change that), an uncredited appearance that marked her first role in anything notable, if you consider Funny Farm a notable movie (she'd been in a couple of made for TV flicks and an unheard of feature film prior to it). Apparently Buffy's writers knew, or she fed them the info, either way, Gellar's Buffy makes a vague reference to it, and its overall mediocrity, in the second season episode "What's My Line, Part 2" when she tells fellow vampire slayer Kendra to enjoy the in-flight movie on a plane she's about to be boarding. Says Buffy, "Sit in your seat, you eat your peanuts, you watch the movie, well, unless it's about a dog or Chevy Chase." Or both of course.
