Estelle Leonard is Joeys long time agent. Due to his consistent lack of work in his industry, Estelle is either a terrible agent or Joey is a terrible actor; theres certainly evidence for both. With her wild hair, emotionless painted on face, her distinctive voice and nonchalant attitude, Estelle is one of the most memorable bit-part characters in the series. Through her work as Joeys agent she, among other things, tries to sabotage his career when she falsely believes he is no longer her client, offers him gay porn, and manages to get him a part in Mac & Cheese, twice; the second time to replace an actor that doesnt know hes getting fired, without realising that Joey is that very actor. Craziest Moment "Have you ever seen me ecstatic? Well this is it." When Joey gets a call back after his audition for Days Of Our Lives, Estelle expresses her elation through an awkward grimacing smile. Certainly not ecstasy as one would imagine.
