10. Darkseid - Young Justice: Outsiders
It's been five, long, painful years without Young Justice, but after years of fan campaigns, petitions, and social media buzz, Season 3 is finally heading to TV early next year.
Titled Young Justice: Outsiders, there are a whole host of reasons to be excited about the show's comeback, especially now that we know the villainous Lord of Apokolips himself, Darkseid, is set to play a pivotal part as the series' villain.
Darkseid is DC's ultimate bad guy, and is pretty much the perfect paragon of evil. He's conquered planets, tortured children, and will stop at nothing to attain his ultimate goal - the Anti-Life Equation.
It's unclear as of yet just how Darkseid will factor into Young Justice's story, and seeing as how this is only his second leading role in an animated series (Michael Ironside last played the character in 2006's Justice League Unlimited), to say it's overdue would be putting things lightly.
