I never really watched Megas XLR much. I caught the odd episode every now and then, but in all honesty this one was around when my childhood was on it's way out. So I really didn't expect much from this one when I revisited it, it begins with a sort of generic sounding action-adventure tune, and in fact I almost switched this off after a few seconds. But with a chorus of 'You love Giant Robots/I love Giant Robots/We love Giant Robots/ Chicks dig Giant Robots', how could this song not make the list? It's perfect in the way that it sums up the show. This is a show about giant robot battles, and it's going to have a good time with it, and you know this just from the opening.
