10 Great DC Comics Characters The Arrowverse Has Totally Wasted

10. Pied Piper

Though he isn't as major a character as the rest of those on this list, Pied Piper is an interesting member of The Flash's rogues gallery. In the comics he began as a villain, but redeemed himself over time and became an ally to the Scarlet Speedster.

After a couple of villainous spots in season one, Harley Rathaway AKA Pied Piper (played by Andy Mientus) did eventually turn good in season two when Barry accidentally changed his personal timeline. However, he hasn't been seen since then, which is a real shame as he could have been a fun addition to Team Flash. Or at least an occasional helping hand.

Also, for reasons of diversity, it would also be good to have a gay character on-board the STAR Labs gang, as The Flash currently stands as the only Arrowverse show with no regular non-straight main characters. As it stands, The Flash has wasted a potentially interesting character arc.

This isn't even mentioning the fact that his supervillain name makes no sense in the TV version. He doesn't even have a pipe!
