2. 'Kiss My Face!' €“ I€™m Alan Partridge Alan Partridge is the most quoted television character out there. In any one episode there can be at least five excellent quotable lines and it is quite difficult to pin one down as the best. Partridge as a character is television gold; he is funny, likeable, and a bit silly, he also says so many things that can make a viewer wince or grimace whilst laughing uncontrollably. Alan doesn€™t so much have a catchphrase as he has a good twenty hilariously brilliant lines you could quote again and again. Lines like €œBack of the net!€, €œSonja, that was classic intercourse€, €œrolled on the thighs of a virgin€ and "Jack-anack-anory" have the power to make someone laugh by just throwing them out there into conversation (with your best Alan impression), no context necessary.
