10. Marty's First Kill (Season 2)

Pastor Mason and his pregnant wife, Grace held church in boats on the water because they didn't have the money for a physical church. They soon meet the Byrdes who promised to build them one, not knowing they were using the construction to launder money. Unfortunately, when the Snells who were "donating" bibles (lined with heroin) to the Masons found out they would no longer be preaching on the water they knew it would affect their heroin distribution and threatened Marty to stop construction.

When Mason finally discovers what Marty has been doing he confronts him. Marty explains the danger Mason and his wife would be in if they don't comply with the Snells to no avail, and his wife gets kidnapped and killed, but not before they deliver her unborn baby.

Now knowing that his wife is dead, his baby is kidnapped and his church was a drug front Mason snaps. He kidnaps Wendy in an attempt to get his son back and Marty goes to save her. Unfortunately, there's no reasoning with him and Marty is forced to shoot him in the neck before he hurts Wendy. A sad death for a once pure person.
