10 Most Underrated South Park Characters

10. DogPoo Petuski

You may recognise this strange character, but not entirely know him. He has been a persistent presence in South Park even since the pilot episode, and has appeared in the background of the school and town in almost every chapter of the show, but has only ever spoken in one episode.

The unfortunately named DogPoo Petuski is easily recognisable as he always appears covered in dirt and presumably some dog faeces. He didn't speak at all up until the season six episode Professor Chaos, where he was one of the potential new friends for the boys.

When interviewed, he spoke with surprising elegance and even discussed how he'd been here the whole time, but no one had noticed him. This meta-joke was a grand reveal, but sadly it never developed any further as after this, he went back to his standard position as an extra.

The character does deserve a little more focus, but it is quite funny that he receives none. Ultimately, he is a thoroughly underrated character who could have been built up to more significance in the show.
