Another name more than just passingly familiar to fans of genre TV, Jane Espenson made a name for herself as writer and executive story editor for Buffy The Vampire Slayer from 1998 2003. Her other credits include Torchwood: Miracle Day and the Battlestar Galactica revival. Shes currently a co-executive producer and writer for Once, responsible for episodes including That Still Small Voice and Apple Red As Blood. Espenson brings both experience and excitement to her role on the show.
