6. Janet - The Good Place

The Good Place has a lot of fun characters who are all great to watch but Janet (played by the hilarious D’Arcy Carden) somehow manages to steal every single scene. And this is a show that includes Ted Danson, so it's no mean feat.

In fact, Janet is basically the glue that holds the whole thing together; without her, there is no Good Place, and nobody wants that.

She also gets funnier and funnier by the episode, mostly because her character is a human-computer giving her licence to ham it up whenever she wants without costing anything in terms of the success of the comedy.
