As a main character in The Simpsons and the primary mascot for every piece of Simpsons memorabilia, you'd expect Bart to be featured in one way or another in every episode. Well, eagle-eyed fans will have noticed that there is an episode where Bart isn't mentioned or shown at all (outside of the couch gag). In "Four Great Women And A Manicure", the entire episode focused on Simpsonised versions of famous women in history, pop-culture, and cinema. With a stuffed episode that featured Marge, Lisa, and Maggie in primary roles whilst everyone else, including Homer, were regulated to supporting players, there was no room to squeeze Bart in anywhere. Just a weird fact to top it off: this single episode means that Bart has missed the second most episodes out of the main Simpsons family throughout the show's twenty six year run. The Simpsons family member who missed the most episodes? It's none other than Maggie as the writers found it hard to come up with main stories about her due to the fact that she's, well, just a baby.
