Believe it or not, Maisie Williams' very first professional acting role was in fact, Game of Thrones. She had just been turned down for a part in Nanny McPhee 2 and wasn't entirely convinced by Thrones at first. Back in 2011, she told WinterIsComing.net: "My agent Louise Johnston then put me up for an audition for Arya. I have to say that at first I wasnt too keen, I was still thinking about Nanny McPhee 2. But all auditions are good experience so I went along and after the first audition in London I knew I wanted to be Arya."
