Andrew Lincoln reportedly doesn't watch The Walking Dead, and nor does his on-screen wife. She confessed to The Hollywood Reporter: "I never watched the show, actually. I'd watch scenes here and there, primarily of other people's work, but I don't get a whole lot of watching myself, and if anything, it's not really good for my head." Callies also stated to Parade that the vicious zombie presence on-set led to some rough nights: "It gave me nightmares. Ive never seen a horror movie and I dont like being scared, so I really signed on for this project because its about people and the zombies exist to give circumstances extreme enough to test these people. But the zombies themselves scare the living daylights out of me.
