In it's fifth season, the ratings have really slid for CBS' take on Sherlock Holmes. The series, which in it's earlier seasons used to garner 10 million+ viewers, is down below 5m, and just 0.66 in the 18-49 demo, making it one of the lowest rated CBS series in both areas. With almost five full seasons in the bag, it's got enough episodes for syndication, which might help make up the minds of those in charge.

Elementary was almost cancelled last year, but got a reprieve - with Person of Interest instead being the drama to get the axe. It also tends to do pretty well overseas, which can help boost its otherwise falling ratings.
