Any cartoon about kids at school is going to an easily identifiable one for youngsters everywhere. You can automatically place yourself into the characters situations, and live out your fantasies of a school that was, you know, cool. And not one where you had to do stupid work and learning. I didn't want to read The Magic Key every day, and learn about St Lucia. I wanted to ride on the awesome Magic School Bus. And I would listen to it's theme all day if I could. A funky upbeat tune about the places this wonderful machine could take you (including the one episode everyone remembers; the human body), it fooled you into being educated as well as entertained at the same time. Neat trick Magic School Bus, you deceptive swine. Fun fact of the day, Little Richard sang the theme song. That's right. Rock'n'Roll Hall Of Famer Little Freakin' Richard. One of the coolest themes just got cooler.
