Season 2 of Orange Is The New Black revolved around the actions of Vee, the major villain who had a direct impact on most of the inmates, and spread a reign of terror throughout Litchfield. There was no direct equivalent in the recent third season, yet there were a couple of contenders. The MCC, the new group in control of the prison, provided antagonism for the guards, but for the inmates there was a more unlikely heel-turn: Piper. She starts off by turning her work in the new Whispers factory (making womens underwear) into a business, having the inmates wear the panties and then selling them online to perverts. There was something of Walter White about her transition - or as her brother Cal calls her: Walter White-ink - as she goes from doing the business to survive, to being power-mad. Shes come a long way from the inmate who first ended up in Litchfield back in season 1, and is now an even worse criminal than when she first went to jail. She punishes Flaca to show who is boss, and conspires to set Stella up in order to keep her in prison. Piper Chapman dont f**k around. Let the people know.
