The Walking Dead is finally wrapping up after its tenth season, albeit with plans for a film and more spin-offs. The show is based on the comic series by Robert Kirkman, the show became a huge hit and is one of the most successful of all time.

While the show sits more comfortably under the drama category than horror; The Walking Dead has always used its zombie apocalypse as a backdrop, how the characters adapt to the new world has remained the driving force behind the narrative.
