You already knew that Sit Down Shut Up creator/ sitcom mastermind Mitch Hurwitz’s iconic series had to put in an inevitable appearance any list of Netflix’s best comic offerings. After all, way back in 2013 the uncancelled sitcom revival was one of the platform’s earliest huge hits and the series introduced many sceptical new users to the site with the promise of further fun from Lindsay, Tobias, Gob, and George Michael.

The overly ambitious and eventually remixed fourth season may have gone overboard in its meta mind bending, but the more recent fifth season marked a return to form for this long beloved ensemble cast sitcom staple.
