2. Will Clay Be Arrested?

The less said about the Season 2 cliffhanger the better. It was an anticlimactic mess. However, it did leave us with a number of questions, and perhaps the most obvious one is what will happen to Clay?

Clay still believes that he could've prevented Hannah's death, so he's determined to make sure that what happened to Hannah never happens to anyone else. As a result, he's on a crusade to help those in need — including Tyler Down.

But by taking the gun from Tyler's hand, Clay's fingerprints are now on the weapon. Moreover, the police cars were almost at the scene when the season came to a close, so we're left wondering if Clay will face the consequences on Tyler's behalf?
