2. It Tries To Do Too Much

The problem with having an ensemble cast full of intriguing characters and exceptional actors is that it can often be hard to get the balance right in terms of storyline. And, like previous seasons, 13 Reasons Why Season 4 attempts to give them all the attention they deserve and, in the process ends up taking on far too much.

Some narratives are only occasionally explored, never given the time they need to fully grow, while others are just dropped or alluded to instead of actually receiving the screen-time or development they need.
